  • I have inserted the strip but the screen does not turn on
    Please check if you have fully inserted the strip.
    Change the battery to a new one and reevaluate. If it does not continually turn on, please contact the customer service center.
  • How do you turn off the glucose meter after evaluation?
    The glucose meter is automatically turned when the strip is inserted into the glucose meter and turned off automatically after evaluation.
  • What does “Lo” message refer to appearing on the screen?
    “LO” message refers to very low blood glucose readings. Please reevaluate and if you encounter the “LO” message again, please contact the medical personnel immediately for hypoglycemia.
  • What does “HI” message refer to appearing on the screen?
    “HI” message refers to very high blood glucose readings. Please reevaluate and if you encounter the “HI” message again, please contact the medical personnel immediately for hyperglycemia.
  • What is the strip’s expiration date?
    The expiration date is labeled in our package box. However, we recommend usage of strips within 3 months’ time after opening.
  • What does E01 message refer to?
    This message is shown when the used strip is inserted into the glucose meter. Please change to a new strip and evaluate.
  • What does E02 message refer to?
    This message is shown when the strip is damaged and cannot recognize the code. Please change to a new strip and evaluate.
  • What does E03 message refer to?
    This message is shown when the glucose meter cannot recognize the strip. If the E03 message repeatedly appears on screen, please contact the customer service center.
  • What does E04 message refer to?
    The glucose meter can evaluate blood glucose from 10 ~ 40 degrees Celsius. This message occurs when the glucose meter is not evaluated with in the functional temperature.
